The location is fantastic for beach access and local shops, and the unit is generally spacious and comfortable. the awkward bedroom layout, cleanliness issues, outdated appliances, and unprofessional management affected the experience. On top of that, the carpark situation was frustrating, especially with the roller door mishap.

We stayed here for 3 nights, it was perfect for us. The food was delightful - a good choice of options. The location in a very quite area was magnificent and amazing and there were a shopping street and the Sunday market nearby.

We had apartment with an electric kettle, a microwave, and air conditioner. In general the service was fantastic. The hotel's location was central, close to restaurants & shops.

The location is fantastic, right by the lake and super convenient for getting around. the service here was really welcoming! 🏞️.

It has magnificent location for visiting a beach park.

the staff were friendly and efficient and always had a smile. location: the hotel was adjacent to all the beaches as well as township. and there was bro's kebabs with short-orders within walking distance of the venue, super convenient.

I had a reasonably priced room with great views. the location was fantastic-really stunning and in a quiet area, close to Bulcock Beach. the Kings Beach district is definitely worth checking out! 🌅.

We enjoyed a modern penthouse apartment with a comfy bed. the hotel is located in an exceptionally nice area, close to the charming BigScreen cinema that shows the latest films, as well as the beach, shops, and parks.

The location was great and stunning for walking around Bulcock Beach. It was located in a lovely area not far from Bullcock beaches, boardwalk, and foreshore, an enjoyable base for me.

It's also situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The hotel provides access to a lovely garden, which is great if you have kids who want to run around and play safely. Everything you need is within reach, as it is conveniently close to all the attractions and amenities. The service at this place is top-notch, with warm and welcoming hosts who made me feel right at home. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a balcony, and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. my experience at this hotel was truly enhanced by its location, service, and room amenities.

Good location, close to beaches and cafes. Plenty of amenities and utensils in the unit. Lovely fresh linens and comfortable beds. Perfect for families with kids, great entertainment options. Excellent heated pool and nearby kids park. Peaceful and quiet when needed. Convenient shopping facilities nearby

Located in a stunning beachfront location with amazing views of the ocean, river, and Glass House mountains, it's no wonder that this hotel is a popular choice for families and backpackers alike. Guests can take advantage of its proximity to Happy Valley Playground as well as several quality restaurants, cafes, and boardwalks. the apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and has comfortable furnishings. having two bathrooms and full-size facilities, such as a fridge, washing machine, and dryer, make for a comfortable stay.

While some essential toiletries are provided, such as bar soap, guests should plan on bringing their shampoo and conditioner as they are not included.

Great views and friendly staff. The location was fantastic, with plenty of activities nearby such as beautiful beaches, parks, and shops. The apartment was well equipped and had modern appliances which made our stay comfortable. We enjoyed watching the boats pass by from the balcony.

The apartment was outdated and some areas require serious maintenance. The furniture was old and uncomfortable and the bathroom was small and not very clean.
